Join us for our January Monthly Gathering! We will feature a vision boarding activity focused on personal growth, reflection, and goal setting for the new year.
Participants are encouraged to bring personal vision board items such as photos, words, or symbols that represent their goals, values, and relationships, though art supplies will be provided.
Vision board reflection prompts:
What do you love in life?
What do you wish to change in the world?
What habits and practices do you want to create in the new year?
What habits and practices do you want to break or change in the new year?
What would you have to give up, change, or transform to meet your goals? Where in your life are you spending time or energy that you actually want to redirect towards an intentional goal?
How would you want to be described in 5 years? 10 years? Even further on?
What have you already accomplished that you can celebrate? What have you already accomplished that you wish to develop, grow, and magnify?
What do you need the most right now?
If you were provided everything and success was guaranteed, what would you wish to do, try, make, or become?
What is success? What does that look like to you?
This will be a potluck-style gathering. While it’s not mandatory, feel free to bring a special dish to share (serving size for approximately 5-10 people). Most importantly, come as you are and enjoy good food and great company!
